Arabella Advisors seeks an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter to provide support to the Managed Organizations team. The Program Assistant will work across the operational, administrative, programmatic and business development activities of two public charities managed by Arabella Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn about the philanthropic and nonprofit sector.

Essential Responsibilities
Support the teams management of a large portfolio of grant and fiscal sponsorship projects
Support marketing, business development and operational projects and activities by developing presentations, performing research, compiling metrics and implementing more efficient processes
Launch and maintain intranet
Organize and maintain internal and program files

Other Responsibilities
Other administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate logistics for board and other meetings

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Bachelors Degree
Minimum one year work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness in problem solving
Outstanding organization and prioritization skills - ability to manage multiple demands, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience or interest in philanthropy, nonprofits, foundation operations and management

Valued and Non-Essential Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Degree in Public Policy, Business or other related field
Experience with database programs, intranets and web-based communication tools
