Program Analysts for Impact Area programs provide high level administrative, data management and operational support to the VP, Program Managers and impact program teams by providing support and assistance with program planning, management, implementation, and monitoring of key projects. Researches, gathers and analyzes relevant data on specific programs or program elements, compiles statistics and data and provides regular status reports. Supports research tied to intervention development and implementation. Is responsible for program metrics tracking, collection and reporting. May assist in the development and administration of survey instruments, forms and questionnaires. Works closely with the Grants Administration office on coordination of grant-funded impact program projects including the development of effective systems for data collection, reporting criteria and grant records. Coordinates and organizes events, research forums, conferences, workshops and meetings; makes needed logistical arrangements and maintains pre- and post-event communication with participants. Works collaboratively with Shared Services and Integration, Communications and others on document needs including flyers, brochures, charts, and marketing materials for impact area program. Acts as a liaison for the program with constituents, vendors, partners; responds to or appropriately forwards questions related to program.

REQUIREMENTS:
BA in Program or Project Management, Business Administration, English, Communications, finance or fields related to scope of position. 5+ years of experience in a position in which records management, administrative support, and effective communications were key components. Ability to recommend practical approaches to routine office and program-implementation challenges using innovation, good judgment, creativity and strategic thinking. Strong oral and written communications skills required. Experience with data review and reporting, standard office procedures, standard software applications including Microsoft Office, accounting and budget principles, research methods, effective telephone techniques.
