Description:
The program associate designs and implements all components of the family and student support initiative for a scholarship program for high-achieving, low-income high school students. Services are delivered to students and parents through events and a private extranet.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in education, social work, social policy, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in family support and student or youth development work, preferably at the secondary school level. Experience with high-achieving and low-income students preferred.
